We have several additional announcements on the coming MR2017 workshop. 1) For your presentation: As you know well, a key issue of MR workshop is to have intellectual dialogues among laboratory experiments, observations and they/ simulation. I would like to propose that the speakers prepare at least one viewgraph that would interconnect different research disciplines in those three fields. There will be both oral sessions (consisting of tutorial, invited and contributed talks) and poster sessions. Time allocations for oral talks are: tutorial talks have total 45 minutes including 5 minutes discussions; invited talks have total 25 minutes including 5 minutes discussion, and contributed talks have total 15 minutes including 3 minutes discussions. All posters are displayed throughout the meeting. The poster board size is 1800mm (width) x free-size 1500mm (height). 2) Lunch and Dinner tour (need reservation in advance): We will have a lunch tour and a dinner tour almost every day in Matsuyama to introduce many nice foods in Matsuyama-city to you. If you would like to join the tours, please make a reservation in our web page: http://tanuki.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp/MR2017/meal_tour.html Please pay fee at our registration desk (on site) to get your ticket. We will leave our workshop site (Himegin Hall, front desk) at 12:45 for lunch and at 18:30 for dinner. About detailed information of restaurants, see the bottom of this e-mail. 3) For your transportation: Most of attendee will arrive at Matsuyama airport. We will soon arrange the direction guide with several photos at http://tanuki.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp/MR2017/transportation.html 4) For the Miyajima excursion & Summary Session: In the morning of Mar. 23, we will leave Matsuyama-city for Miyajima. We will have the short summary/ discussion session at the Miyajima Chamber of Commerce. You can deposit your luggage at Miyajima. If you go back to your home country, you can move from Miyajima (Hiroshima) directly to Osaka or to Tokyo using the super express or ANA/ JAL airplane (Hiroshima-Haneda) on Mar. 23.
