Now, the extended deadline: Feb. 20 for your early registration/ hotel reservation is approaching!

This workshop will be composed of the following six sessions:
1. General Reconnection Physics
2. Heating/ Acceleration,
3. Fast Reconnection Mechanism,
4. Turbulence and Wave,
5. Structure and Self-Organization,
6. Future Plan,
based on collaboration among theories/ simulations, laboratory experiments, magnetosphere, solar and astrophysical observations.

In the morning of Mar. 23, we will leave Matsuyama-city for Miyajima and will have the summary/ discussion session there.
If you fly back to your home country, you can move from Miyajima (Hiroshima) directly to Osaka or to Tokyo on Mar. 23.

The important dates are as follows:
• Early hotel reservation (Japanese Hotel) deadline: 10:00am, Feb. 20 (Japan time).
• Abstract deadline: Feb. 20, 2017
• Hotel reservation deadline: Feb. 24, 2017
• Registration deadline: Mar. 1, 2017
• Third announcement: Mar. 1, 2017
