The MR2017 Workshop will be held from the Afternoon of Mar. 19 to the evening of Mar. 23, 2017 at Himegin Hall, Matsuyama-city Google Map around Himegin Hall and also at Miyajima Chamber of Commerce of Miyajima: Wikipedia about Itsukushima Miyajima Official Tourism Website. Please find the preliminary program attached. This workshop will be composed of the following six sessions: 1. General Reconnection Physics 2. Heating/ Acceleration, 3. Fast Reconnection Mechanism, 4. Turbulence and Wave, 5. Structure and Self-Organization, 6. Future Plan, based on collaboration among theories/ simulations, laboratory experiments, magnetosphere, solar and astrophysical observations. If you fly back to your home country, you can move from Miyajima (Hiroshima) directly to Osaka or to Tokyo on Mar. 23.
